"Ok next year i will exercise more and lose some weight"
Been there done that, haven't we? I totally feel you girls. That's what i keep telling myself EVERY. SINGLE. YEAR. Oh if those running tracks could laugh at me they would have i bet. I don't know what it is about keeping to this that's so hard. Eat right, exercise more....i mean, simple right?
Someone needs to knock some sense into me...or lock my junk food cabinet.
So this time round I'll try to make this work. Not saying I'll go on a complete junk food ban of course. That's suicide impossible. I mean, have you met me? I practically live on chocolates man...
Starting things slow for now by going on regular long walks and I'm loving it. I've always been a fan of walks (parks, beaches, to Macs to get ice-cream...that's a walk too right?) so this part isn't so bad. I try to stay away from running like the plaque because let's face it, me and running DO NOT get along.
We hate each other and i'm pretty sure it's mutual.
Walking amidst all this greenery sometimes makes me forget in this concrete city that we live in. So calming and relaxing. Pretty sure i am a nature person...if nature consists of WiFi and air-con of course.
Let's see how long this will last...*grabs KitKat bar*
